Associate Digital Advisor

Job responsibilities:
  • Supports EM / PO in creation of comprehensive project plan (covering project risks, budget, organization, scope, goals, objectives, project schedule), 
  • Prepares project schedule, 
  • Prepares and distributes meeting minutes & notes, 
  • Creates and maintains appropriate artefacts such as Risk Registry, RACI matrix, RAID logs, status updates and reports etc., 
  • Uses tools to monitor, analyze and manage project work (DevOps, MS Project, PowerBI etc.), 
  • Gathers data and completes analysys to identify and manage project risks/ issues/ dependencies, 
  • Evaluates and summarizes project status reports, identifying successful completions of milestones and deliverables, change management process, and any problems and follow-up action required, 
  • Monitors project budget and project resources, escalates when necessary,  
  • Creates Steering Committee reports and helps PO / EM with the presentation, 
  • Maintains contact and communication with all project team members and other participants to ensure conformance with the project plan and requirements.  
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in analytics or IT PM role, 
  • Good command of English (B2+), 
  • Good soft skills: negotiation, communication, conflict resolution, 
  • Solid analytical and conceptual skills, 
  • Successful proven delivery of several medium sized IT projects on time and in budget through the full project lifecycle, 
  • Familiar with project management tools (DevOps, Jira, Confluence etc.), 
  • Knowledge of project methodologies and frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe, AgilePM, Prince2, PM BOK), 
  • Skilled with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, 
  • Good understanding of data analytics environment,
  • Experience in project management in Data/Azure area.
